29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment shall be guarded: a/ Ambrosia Fragrance/Piscataway NJ Site: Former Compactor Dock/Propane Storage Area. The space between the dock and the landing (approx. 18 inches) where the compactor was formerly located was not covered to prevent employee(s) from accidently stepping into the opening. Observed on/or about 04/21/2015.
