29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board: a. At the de-stacking line, employees were exposed to falling on the live roller conveyor, in that, two catwalks located one at 51 inches and the other at 91 inches directly over the conveyor were not provided with standard railings to include a midrail and a toe board, on or about 03/18/2015. b. At the end of the refurbishing line near the stacking area, employees were exposed to falling on the live roller conveyor, in that, the catwalk directly over the conveyor was not provided with standard railings to include a midrail and a toe board, on or about 03/18/2015.
