29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: a) On or about 3/6/15 at the Quality Inn & Suites rehabilitation project located at 8200 Park Road, Batavia, New York; a cord used to supply power to a grinder and reciprocating saw was routed through a window. The window had been closed on the cord damaging the jacket. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
