29 CFR 1910.138(a): The employer did not select and require employee(s) to use appropriate hand protection when employees' hands were exposed to hazards such as those from thermal burns; a) On or about 03/23/15 in the Bakeshop; employer failed to require employees, removing a low pressure steam (12 psi.) reducer valve, to wear gloves while unthreading the strainer assembly which caused the steam isolation valve to come apart and release steam exposing employees to thermal burns. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
