29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board: On or before March 6, 2015, employees were exposed to falls into the forty (40) pin setting machine equipment while working on platforms located five (5) feet above the moving pin setting equipment that were not protected with rails and toe boards.
