29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels are not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on March 4, 2015, when employees are working on a residential roof at 12357 Boston Harbor Drive, Jacksonville Florida 32225 without fall protection and were exposed to falls of approximately 13 feet.
