29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) KITCHEN: On or about February 27, 2015, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to the chemical hazard of corrosive materials (ECOLAB Ultra San, sodium hypochlorite solution; Ecolab Lime-A-Way, phosphoric acid; Keystone Fryer Cleaner, sodium metasilicate) without suitable quick drenching facilities for their eyes. b)HOUSEKEEPING STOREROOM: On or about February 27, 2015, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to the chemical hazard of corrosive materials (BETCO Pull, hydrochloric acid; Professional VANI-SOL High Acid Bowl Cleanse Ready-to-use, hydrochloric acid) without suitable quick drenching facilities for their eyes. c) LAUNDRY: On or about February 27, 2015, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to the chemical hazard of corrosive materials (BETCO Destainer 300, sodium hypochlorite solution; ECOLAB Solid Power, sodium hydroxide; BETCO Sour & Softener 440, fluorosilicic acid, BETCO Laundry Break 100, sodium hydroxide) without suitable quick drenching facilities for their eyes.
