29 CFR 1910.178(o)(2): Load(s) were being handled which exceeded the rated capacity of the industrial truck(s) a) GENK trailer loading area - On or about 2/19/15, employees used Hyster CL 100 powered industrial trucks (equipped with long forks) to load the GENK trailers. Each load of Corian sheets weighed 6672 lbs and the Hyster's load capacity was 4700 lbs at a 73" load center. NO ABATMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
