29 CFR 1910.219(c)(1)(i): Each continuous line of shafting was not secured in position against excessive endwise movement: On or about February 19, 2015, and at times prior thereto, employee were exposed to the hazards of a caught-in from unguarded rotary shaft on water pumps located within the following locations: a) Along the west side of the production floor, line #1 filler machine has a water pump at foot/ankle level approximately 6" above the floor without a protective guard over the metal rotating shaft. b) Along the south side of the production facility, within the water treatment section, along the south end of the water line system a water pump at foot/ankle level approximately 6" above the floor without a protective guard over the metal rotating shaft. c) Along the south side of the production facility, within the water treatment section, along the north end of the water line system a water pump at foot/ankle level approximately 6" above the floor without a protective guard over the metal rotating shaft.
