29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: a. On or about February 05, 2015, at 8420 and 8430 NW 33rd Terrace, employees were using a stairway landing to access the roof deck of a new residential building, for the purpose of installing drywall, and for which the stairway landing did not have a guardrail system.
