29 CFR 1910.1001(e)(2): Regulated areas were not demarcated from the rest of the workplace in any manner that minimizes the number of persons who will be exposed to asbestos: (a) On and before 02/16/2015, at shop, for employees performing maintenance and inspecting locomotives with damaged Asbestos Containing Material (ACM). The employer did not identify regulated areas within the locomotives which due to damaged asbestos materials employees could be exposed above the permissible exposure limit.
