Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to tip-overs hazards while operating power industrial trucks: PLANT-WIDE: EMPLOYEES WERE OBSERVED OPERATING SIT-DOWN POWERED INDUSTRIAL TRUCKS WITH THE SEAT BELTS SECURED BEHIND THE ROLL CAGE AND/OR NOT IN USE. ON FEASIBLE AND USEFUL METHOD TO CORRECT THE HAZARD, AMONG OTHERS, IS TO REQUIRE THAT OPERATOR'S PROPERLY USE SEATBELTS PROVIDED ON POWERED INDUSTRIAL TRUCKS. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIREDATION
