29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): a)128 Highland St., Berlin, MA: On or about January 23, 2015, the employer failed to provide training on the anticipated personal protective equipment that is needed during maintenance and repair work on a New Holland LS 170 skid steer vehicle. Such equipment may include, but is not limited to protective gear for the eyes, face and hands.
