29 CFR 1910.24(f): Rise height and tread width were not uniform throughout any flight of stairs including any foundation structure used as one or more treads of the stairs: a. Densifier area - The stairs leading from the floor to the working level on Densifier 1 and 2 were not uniform throughout the riser height and tread thereby exposing the employees to fall and tripping hazards.
