29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12): Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive side rails: On or about 01/16/2015 employees at the Maurette Manor Apartments were exposed to electrical hazards. An employee contacted an energized power line while working from a conductive aluminum extension ladder.
