29 CFR 1910.178(m)(8): There was not sufficient headroom under overhead installations, lights, pipes, sprinkler system, etc. where powered industrial trucks were being operated. On or about January 8, 2015, at the above addressed site, an employee operating a pallet jack was exposed to and struck by wooden pallets when moving them in a stack through a doorway where there was not sufficient headroom.
