29 CFR 1926.150(a)(3): All firefighting equipment, provided by the employer, shall be conspicuously located: Worksite: Employees using a flammable bonding adhesive and flammable primer for roofing materials did not have immediate access to a fully charged, working fire extinguisher in the event of a fire emergency. The fire extinguisher had been discharged, and was located inside a work truck on the opposite side of the building where flammables were being used.
