29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On or about November 25, 2014 and times prior thereto, employees of Sand Tec, Inc. performed abrasive blasting operations to score lines in concrete with the use of a Clemco (model Apollo 600) supplied air hood respirator at I-430 S. near Exit 129B in Little Rock, Arkansas. The employer had not provided medical evaluations to determine employee's abilities for the use of the respirator.
