29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about November 4, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns and handheld circular saws did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with eye injuries. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
