29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(vi): The employer did not ensure that the boom and basket load limits specified by the manufacturer were not exceeded. This violation occurred on October 28, 2014, where at least one (1) employee accessed a roof by using an aerial lift with two other persons exceeding the load limits specified by the manufacturer by one person. Employee was exposed to a fall of more than 25 feet.
