29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1)(ii): Flight(s) of stairs with 4 or more risers, less than 44 inches wide and having one side open, were not equipped with a standard stair railing on the open side: Stairway to Refer Storage area: Employees were exposed to fall hazards where they used a flight of stairs 31 inches wide with 11 risers which did not have standard stair railing on open side. The mid rail was missing from the stair railing.
