29 CFR 1910.269(o)(2)(ii): Employees were not trained in safe work practices upon their initial assignment to the test area, with periodic reviews and updates provided as required by paragraph (a)(2) of this section: a. On or about October 13, 2014, at the Reddick Substation, employees assisting with Doble testing were not trained in safe work practices required for high voltage Doble transformer testing, and they had not received periodic reviews or updates. b.
