29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii): a. North side of subdivision entrance tower, On or about October 16, 2014, employees were exposed to falls greater than 10 feet in height to the ground level below, when working from the work platform of the scaffold, which had only three scaffold planks and at other levels only one or two, while installing the cinder blocks to the wall. b.
