29 CFR 1910.1025(m)(2)(i): The employer did not post the following warning sign in each work area where the permissible exposure limit was exceeded, "DANGER LEAD MAY DAMAGE FERTILITY OR THE UNBORN CHILD CAUSES DAMAGE TO THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM DO NOT EAT, DRINK OR SMOKE IN THIS AREA": a) In the Welding and Fab Shop, on or about October 17, 2023 - The employer did not post the warning sign in the area where the Machine Operator used the Bodor Laser. The Machine Operator was exposed to lead above the permissible exposure limit while cutting stainless steel with the Bodor Laser which resuspended previously settled particulate containing lead from cutting honeycombs coated with tin lead solder on the Bodor Laser.
