29 CFR 1910.107(c)(5): Electrical equipment not approved for locations containing both deposits of readily ignitable residues and explosive vapors was present in spraying area(s): (a)Dakota Digital Inc. at 4510 West 61st Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to February 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fire hazards in that electrical equipment (power strips and light fixtures) not approved for locations containing both deposits of readily ignitable residues and explosive vapors was present in spraying area(s). This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
