29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(v): The employer did not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of the procedures for respirator maintenance and storage: 5 Skylark Road, Greenwich CT: On or about April 30, 2023, the employer did not ensure the workers followed proper respirator maintenance and storage procedures for the full face respirators which had inside and outside surfaces covered with spray foam during tasks such as (but not limited to) spray foam insulation installation.
