29 CFR 1910.107(b)(10): Panels did not effectively isolate the spraying area from the area in which the lighting unit is located, and was not of a noncombustible material of such a nature or so protected that breakage was unlikely. Panels were not so arranged that normal accumulations of residue on the exposed surface of the panel could not be raised to a dangerous temperature by radiation or conduction from the source of illumination: (a)Dakota Digital Inc. at 4510 West 61st Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to February 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fire hazards in that a portable light fixture was installed over the spraying area of the Paint Booth in the Paint Room that does not have a panel to separate the spraying area from the light source.
