On or before 9/25/2019, In the facility: The company maintains a covered process in that they utilize a refrigeration/ freezer system which maintains over 10,000 pounds of Anhydrous Ammonia. The employer had not completed and implemented a written compilation of written process safety information including process safety information pertaining to the technology of the process including ventilation system design. Abatement certification is required for this item.
