29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective training that covered the required elements in 1910.134(k)(1)(i) through 1910.134(k)(1)(vii): On or about August 1, 2025, and at times prior, on a site located at 4529 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, the employer exposed employees to respiratory hazards, in that the employer did not provide effective training to employees required to wear a full-face respirators when entering an underground fuel storage tank containing hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to, Benzene, Toluene and Merican 9505 Unsaturated Isophthalic Resin.
