29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: Site- On or about November 12, 2024, an employee using an SST40EIH-02 Versalift aerial device to lift an energized 240 volt powerline with the bucket was not protected from electric shock and burns where the powerline was not deenergized and grounded or other protective measures were not provided. The employer did not utilize the insulated push poles onsite when and where there was potential for energized secondary powerline contact, prior to the incident.
