29 CFR 1910.146(f)(13): The entry permit that documented compliance and authorized entry to a permit space did not identify equipment, such as personal protective equipment, testing equipment, communications equipment, alarm systems, and rescue equipment: On or about January 31, 2024, an employee working on the Raw Production Floor behind Line C was performing cleaning and inspection activities in the Spiromac Vacuum Tumbler and the AMFEC Vacuum Tumbler and the employer did not ensure that the entry permit identified the equipment to be used during permit required confined space entry.
