29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): Spray booths were not so installed that all portions were readily accessible for cleaning. A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides were not kept free from storage or combustible construction: (a)Dakota Digital Inc. at 4510 West 61st Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to February 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fire hazards in that a clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides of the Paint Booth in the Paint Room were kept free from storage or combustible construction.
