29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(ii): Corrective glasses, goggles or other personal protective equipment were worn in a manner that interfered with the seal of the respirator facepiece: On or about June 16, 2019 and at times prior thereto and times thereafter, the employer allows an employee to wear personal protective equipment under his dust mask exposing the employee to hazards associated with lead and other metals such as, but not limited to, arsenic, cadmium and copper.
