29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(i): The employer failed to ensure that the exposure assessment was conducted in time to comply with requirements which are triggered by the exposure data or the lack of a negative exposure assessment The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to asbestos hazards associated with abatement and removal activities. The condition was most recently observed on or about November 2nd, 2018 at the facility located at 137 Hale Library, Manhattan, KS 66506. The employer did not preform an exposure assessment to determine the levels of airborne asbestos during operations of removal and clean up of ACM. Employer engaged in mechanically chipping and pulverizing tile without wet methods as well as dry sweeping debris.
