29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) A & D Wood Products, Inc., Elida, Ohio: On or about August 26, 2014, the employer did not ensure that a drive chain and sprocket on the resaw feed conveyor was guarded. Employees operating the swing saw and others working in the area were exposed to crushing and amputation hazards.
