29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1): Respirators were not cleaned and disinfected using the procedures in Appendix B-2 of 29 CFR 1910.134 or equivalent procedures recommended by the respirator manufacturer: On or about August 1, 2025, and at times prior, on a site located at 4529 Hypoluxo Road, Lake Worth, Florida, the employer did not ensure employees required to wear full-face respirators while exposed to respiratory hazards such as, but not limited to, Benzene, Toluene and Merican 9505 Unsaturated Isophthalic Resin, cleaned and disinfected the respirators prior to use.
