29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(xiv): Safety devices and operational aids were not inspected each shift for proper operation: a) 1018 W Peachtree St NW Atlanta, GA 30309; On or about May 22, 2023 and at times prior, employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards, in that crane (model number MR415B, serial number 602211 - Unit TWO#106) daily inspection records do not include inspection for safety devices and operational aids for proper operation as per 1926.1412(d)(1)(xiv).
