29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: 5 Skylark Road, Greenwich CT: On or about April 30, 2023, the sprayer wore a full face respirator with facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the respirator exposing the worker to Diphenylmethane Diisocyanate (MDI) during tasks such as (but not limited to) foam insulation spraying.
