29 CFR 1910.107(b)(5)(iv): Spaces within the spray booth on the downstream and upstream sides of filters were not protected with approved automatic sprinklers: (a)Dakota Digital Inc. at 4510 West 61st Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57107: On or about and at times prior to February 9, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fire hazards in that automatic sprinklers were not installed in the space downstream of the filters in spraying area(s). This exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards.
