29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(B): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees with a condition that interfered with the face-to-facepiece seal or valve function: On or about November 8, 2021, tight fitting respirators were worn by employees in a way that interfered with face to facepiece seal. A Certified Nursing Assistant and the Maintenance director were both wearing the tight fitting respirators incorrectly. The top band was not high on the back of the head. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
