29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1)(iv): The employer did not ensure that each user could demonstrate knowledge of how to inspect, put on, remove, use, and check the seals of the respirator: a) Vernondale IRA, 111 North 3rd Avenue, Mount Vernon, NY: On or about 1/14/2021 and thereafter, the employer did not provide employees with effective training on seal check of the N95 respirators that they were required to wear. The employer required employees to wear N-95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
