29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(D): Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training on workplace-related topics such as pedestrian traffic in areas where the vehicle will be operated that could affect safe operation: On or about July 10, 2020, employees were exposed to crushing injuries while operating the powered industrial truck on the roadway and bike path because the employer had not provided training on pedestrian traffic.
