29 CFR 1910.134(f)(1): The employer did not ensure that employee(s) required to use a tight-fitting facepiece respirator passed the appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT): Location: 120 West 106th Street New York NY 10025 On or about: March 18 2020 and thereafter. a) Employees were required to wear N95 Respirators while providing medical treatment to COVID 19 positive patients. A Licensed Practical Nurse had failed the fit test because she identified the agent being used. She was told she failed but was provided and instructed to use the N95 Respirator.
