29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(7): The employer did not document, maintain, or retain for a minimum of 12 months, the items checked, the results of the inspection, the name and signature of the person conducting the inspection, and the date of the inspection. On or about September 18, 2019, the employer did not document and maintain an initial equipment inspection which contained: a) the date of the inspection; b) the items checked; c) the results of the inspection, and; d) the name and signature of the person who conducted the inspection, for the rough-terrain crane. This exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
