1910.29(f)(5) Handhold. Handrails did not have the shape and dimension necessary so that employees can grasp the handrail firmly: Building 1327, Retail Store, Stairwell access to the 2nd floor: Employees were accessing stairs that had a single square iron top rail to retrieve tires that were stored on the 2nd floor in conjunction with their normal duties. The stairwell did not have grippable stair rail system and handrail. Employees were exposed to a trip/miss-step and fall.
