29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(D): Where tagout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review between the inspector and each authorized and affected employee of the employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected, and the elements set forth in paragraph (c)(7)(ii) of this section: a. On or about June 26, 2019, the periodic inspections from 2017 & 2018 of the Lockout / Tagout program for the machinery on coating line two was not conducted for each authorized employee that works and or performs maintenance on the machinery for coating line two.
