29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(2)(i): Each employer who has an employee(s) with occupational exposure as defined by paragraph (b) of this section shall prepare an exposure determination. This exposure determination shall contain the following: a. The employer had a generic exposure control plan that was to have been customized for the site. The Exposure Control Plan for the facility was not completed at the time of inspection on December 4, 2018, lacking a list of job classifications with exposures and a list of tasks/procedures where employees would have exposures.
