29 CFR 1926.454(b): The employer did not have each employee involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in question: (a) On or about March 29, 2018, the employer did not have a competent person on the job site to inspect the Metaltech 6' Baker scaffold equipped with sufficient experience and/or knowledge to recognize scaffold hazards, correct unsafe conditions, and who has the ability to shut down the worksite until any hazards are corrected. Note: Abatement certification and documentation ARE required for this item.
