29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide effective respirator training that would ensure that each employee could demonstrate knowledge of items in section (i)-(vii). a) On June 28, 2017, eWorks Electronic Services, Inc. did not provide respirator training when employees working on the Cathode Ray Tube Line and in the Bulb Crushing Area were required to wear Home Depot HDX H950S N-95 respirators.
