29 CFR 1910.95(m)(3)(ii): The employer did not retain audiometric test records for the duration of the affected employee's employment as required by 29 CFR 1910.95(m): At the inspection site, where employees were exposed to noise levels in excess of the allowable 8-hour Time Weighted Average (TWA) sound level of 85 dBA while engaged in production of stainless steel centrifugal castings, records of annual audiometric testing were not retained for employees exposed to the hazards of occupational noise.
